The second UK Lotto draw of March took place last night, giving players the chance to win a jackpot prize of just over £1.5 million. There were almost 200,000 lucky winners on the night but did any of them manage to secure the top prize?

Two players successfully matched all six main numbers drawn to share a top tier prize pool of £1,563,684. In the second prize tier, three ticket holders matched five main numbers plus the Bonus Ball to secure wins worth £41,604 each and in the following prize tier, 187 players won prizes of £566 for matching five main balls. A further 193,403 players won prizes worth either £52 for matching four main balls, or worth £25 for matching just three main balls.
