Lottery Results for Saturday 8th November 2014

The Saturday night lottery draws provided an exceptionally high level of excitement this week, and not just because they offered some huge jackpots. The biggest story of the night was that one player in Missouri landed the Powerball jackpot, which was worth $202.6 million, but there was a pretty big surprise in the Australian Saturday Lotto game too, as we will explain in our round-up of the lottery results for Saturday 8th November, 2014...

Lottery Results for Saturday 8th November 2014

UK Lotto

06 – 07 – 22 – 27 – 35 – 42 Bonus Ball: 01

The UK Lotto game last night boasted a brand new jackpot which had a final value of £3,327,004. There were two tickets that matched the six main numbers needed to land that prize, so the sum will be shared between them, giving each winner a fortune of £1,663,502. The second tier prize level saw six tickets match five main numbers plus the Bonus Ball to win £44,259 each, and there were more than 329,000 winners at the lower levels. The complete prize schedule, and details of 50 Lotto Raffle numbers worth £20,000 each, can be found by visiting the Results page at

Irish Lottery

01 – 07 – 17 – 28 – 34 – 36 Bonus Ball: 41

An Irish Lotto jackpot of €3.5 million awaited any player who could match all six main numbers drawn in the latest game, but no player succeeded. There were no second tier prize winners either, but 53 tickets succeeded in winning their owners €1,231 each by matching five main numbers only. More than 39,000 prizes were won in total, and you can view full details of those by visiting the Results page at

Health Lottery

17 – 19 – 25 – 38 – 41 Bonus Ball: 20

The Health Lottery boasts two weekly draws, both of which benefit a range of health-related causes in the UK as well as giving players the chance to win a top prize worth £100,000. There were no top prize winners last night, but the good news was that more than 15,000 tickets matched enough numbers – with or without the Bonus Ball – to win consolation prizes.

21 – 33 – 69 – 73 – 81 – 84 Jolly: 51 Superstar: 43

The SuperEnalotto jackpot has been climbing steadily for several weeks, and was worth an estimated €37.4 million to any player who could match all six main numbers in the most recent game. No player succeeded in that task, and no player could win a second tier prize either, but five tickets matched five main numbers only to win their owners €53,903 each at the third tier. Over 29,000 tickets won smaller prizes, and more than 88,000 SuperStar entries also won prizes. The next draw on Tuesday will now offer a multi-rollover jackpot worth an estimated €37.9 million.

09 – 19 – 33 – 38 – 54 Powerball: 15

As we said in our opening remarks, the Powerball game delivered its jackpot of $202.6 million to a single player in Missouri after their ticket matched all five main numbers as well as the Powerball. Another six tickets won their owners $1 million each by matching the five main numbers only, demonstrating yet again that players don't need to land the jackpot to win themselves millionaire status. Over 626,000 standard entries won smaller prizes by matching fewer numbers, and there were more than 113,000 prizes won by Power Play entries. The Powerball game on Wednesday will now offer a brand new jackpot of around $40 million.

Australian Saturday Lotto

16 – 19 – 20 – 22 – 27 – 35 Supplementary Numbers: 23 and 24

The Australian Saturday Lotto game gave regular fans quite a shock this week. Normally we report that several players matched all six of the main numbers to share the top prize, but last night there was just one jackpot winner, so the lucky player concerned can now claim every cent of the AUD$4,283,648 that was up for grabs. There were 63 tickets that matched five main numbers and one of the supplementary numbers to win AUD$9,222 each, and 1,046 tickets that won AUD$1,198 each by matching five main numbers only. Over 483,000 prizes were won in total, and there will be another jackpot of around AUD$4 million on offer in the next game on 15th November.
