Lottery Results for Wednesday 24th September

Wednesday’s Lotto draw resulted in a rollover when no ticket holders were able to match all six main numbers drawn. While the top prize of £2.2 million eluded players, over 137,000 participants still picked up great prizes.

Last night’s winning numbers were 4, 8, 29, 33, 38 and 48 with Bonus Ball 15. There were four players who matched five main numbers plus the Bonus Ball to win £45,433 each while 111 players have woken up £1,390 richer for matching five main numbers.

An additional 6,804 ticket holders won £119 when they matched four main numbers and 130,265 players matched three main numbers to land the fixed prize of £25.

The fun didn’t stop there, as 50 participants won £20,000 each in the Lotto Raffle.

Saturday’s Lotto jackpot will be worth £5.7 million, and due to Wednesday’s rollover 100 lucky players will scoop £20,000 each when the code on their ticket matches one of the winning codes in the supplementary Lotto raffle.

The players aren’t the only winners when it comes to Lotto - when you buy a ticket, you help fund the dreams and goals of various good causes across the UK. The National Lottery raises £33 million a week for charitable trusts and valuable initiatives that improve the lives of millions of people. The tantalising rollover jackpot will have hopeful punters rushing to pick up tickets for this weekend’s Lotto draw, so make sure that you allow yourself plenty of time to buy your own tickets before sales close at 7:30pm BST on Saturday evening. Good luck!
