Lottery Results for Saturday 18th October 2014

Yet another jackpot rollover in the EuroMillions game on Friday meant that lottery players were especially keen to see some of the top prizes won on Saturday night. As always, there were some very impressive jackpots on offer, with Powerball putting up the biggest prize of $100 million. Quite a few of the jackpots eluded players, but a couple were landed in great style, so if you haven't checked your tickets yet you might want to do so now. The lottery results for Saturday 18th October, 2014, were as follows...

UK Lotto

01 – 22 – 30 – 33 – 40 – 47 Bonus Ball: 42

There was a brand new jackpot to be won in the UK Lotto game last night, and that jackpot weighed in with a final value of £4,894,097. One ticket won that sum outright by matching all six of the main numbers that were drawn, and another single ticket matched five main numbers plus the Bonus Ball to win £390,643. There were more than 225,000 prizes won at the lower tiers, whilst 50 additional prizes of £20,000 each were won in the Lotto Raffle game. Full details of the prizes won last night can be found by visiting the Results page at Lottery.co.uk.

Irish Lottery

02 – 08 – 18 – 25 – 30 – 31 Bonus Ball: 45

The Irish Lottery has been delivering quite a few jackpot rollovers in recent weeks, and there was no deviation from that pattern last night. No player was able to win a second tier prize, but 70 tickets matched five main numbers only to win €1,031 each and more than 45,000 tickets won prizes at the lower levels. There will be a jackpot of around €6.5 million up for grabs in the next game on Wednesday, and in the meantime the full breakdown of prizes won last night can be viewed by visiting the Results page at IrishLottery.com.

Health Lottery

04 – 13 – 16 – 32 – 50 Bonus Ball: 22

There were no top prize winners in the Saturday night Health Lottery game, so players will have to wait until Wednesday for their next chance to win £100,000 by matching five main numbers. Of course, the game has five consolation prize levels for players who match fewer numbers, with or without the Bonus Ball number, and we are pleased to report that over 13,000 such prizes were landed last night.

SuperEnalotto

20 – 40 – 44 – 53 – 66 – 72 Jolly: 73 SuperStar: 44

There was an advertised jackpot of €33.3 million awaiting any SuperEnalotto player who could match all six main numbers last night, but sadly none of the participants were able to achieve that feat. There were no second tier prize winners either, but nine tickets won their owners €30,056 each by matching five main numbers only. Over 31,000 standard entries won smaller prizes at the lower levels, and more than 51,000 SuperStar entries also won prizes. There will now be a jackpot of around €33.8 million in the next SuperEnalotto game on Tuesday.

Powerball

20 – 26 – 27 – 36 – 54 Powerball: 19

We said earlier that the Powerball game offered the biggest of the Saturday night jackpots, with $100 million available to anyone who could match all five main numbers plus the Powerball number itself. There were no such winners, so the jackpot in the next game will be worth an estimated $110 million. In the meantime, celebrations are in order for the owners of three tickets that matched five main numbers only to win $1 million each. Another 16 tickets won $10,000 each by matching four main numbers plus the Powerball, and over 406,000 standard entries won smaller prizes by matching fewer numbers.

Australian Saturday Lotto

05 – 07 – 08 – 09 – 27 – 34 Supplementary Numbers: 23 and 31

Three consecutive numbers appeared among the six main numbers that were drawn in the Australian Saturday Lotto game this week, and that helped plenty of participants to win a prize of some kind. There were six tickets that matched all six of the main numbers that were required to win a jackpot worth AUD$4,227,757, and that gives each jackpot-winner an equal share worth AUD$704,626. Another 80 tickets won AUD$7,170 each at Division 2 by matching five main numbers and one of the supplementary numbers, and more than 565,000 players won smaller prizes. The jackpot in the next game on Saturday 25th October will be worth around AUD$4 million.
