EuroMillions Results for Tuesday 4th March 2014

In Friday’s draw, one Spanish ticket holder won the jackpot so last night’s draw gave players the chance to win a brand new jackpot worth £12 million (€15 million). There were a total of 1,834,623 winners in last night's EuroMillions draw but were any of them lucky enough to scoop the jackpot?

Unfortunately, no ticket holders matched all five main numbers and two Lucky Stars to win the top prize so the jackpot rolls over to Friday’s draw. Attention is now firmly focused on Friday’s draw as a special Superdraw is taking place where the jackpot is worth an impressive £80 million*.

A striking feature of last night’s draw was that only one player managed to match all five main numbers and one Lucky Star to win the second tier prize worth £823,512 (€1,000,384). It’s unusual for just one player to occupy the second prize tier and the Spanish ticket holder is only the second of the year to achieve this feat. Previous to this, the last time there was only one second tier winner was on Tuesday 13th August 2013.

Other winners in last night’s draw included eight players who matched all five main numbers to each win £29,043 (€41,682) and 35 ticket holders who matched four main numbers and two Lucky Stars to win £3,319 (€4,763) each. One UK EuroMillions player struck it lucky with the Millionaire Raffle and matched the unique code CXW781222 to win the £1 million prize.

Other EuroMillions News

As previously mentioned, a EuroMillions Superdraw will take place this Friday with a guaranteed jackpot. As the jackpot is the second largest seen so far this year, participation for Friday’s draw is expected to soar so we advise players to have their tickets ready in plenty of time to avoid the last-minute rush.

EuroMillions Superdraw tickets are available online or in person from an authorised retailer.

*The jackpot is set at €100 million and the sterling value will depend on exchange rates at the time of the draw.
