A pensioner from Poland has scooped a jackpot of over 7 million zlotys (approximately two million euros) on the lottery after randomly choosing her numbers – 14, 18, 30, 34, 39 and 43. Each week, without fail she pays her 4 zlotys (just over a euro) for her two tickets. This isn’t the highest sum of money won in Poland, this happened four years ago when one lucky winner walked away with 20 million zlotys.

The Primitiva Lottery proved to be lucky for one Spanish butcher who won nearly 1.5 million after purchasing his ticket in a local bar using the same numbers as he does every week.
So what does the future hold for this lucky winner from a small village called La Caniza in Pontevedra? He plans on closing his butcher’s shop and passing his stock on to his clients. He then plans to spend all his time with his two oxen which he says he loves as if they were his own children.

Celebrating his 46th birthday on the 10th May could not even compare to what happened to John Chappell shortly after the celebrations, he bought a Georgia Lottery instant win ticket for the $500 Million Club and scratched his way to a win of $1 million!

Stopping for some petrol on the way to work is what many people do daily across the world but for Charlie Cuffee III this proved to be a life changing experience. Whilst he was there he decided to check if any of his Virginia Lottery tickets were winners and discover that he had won a top prize in the “Win For Life” game.
