The results from this mid-week draw show that there was yet again another ticket holder who matched all six of the numbers drawn to win the jackpot that came out at £2,463,224. In addition to that there were eight players who matched five numbers along with the Bonus Ball to take home the second tier prize that was worth £94,739.

Out of the numbers drawn from the first UK National Lottery draw of the week, the highest number to be selected last night was 43, and this is actually one of the most popular numbers to drawn and last night it made its 227th appearance. To add to that the numbers 34 and 35 were picked out, and this consecutive pair is one of the more popular pairs to be selected in the UK National Lottery as they have been drawn out 26 times together.

This jackpot win has meant that the winning streak in the UK National lottery carries on, and there has now been a top prize winner in the past four draws.
