Tomorrow night sees a UK Lotto Superdraw jackpot of an astounding £10 million up for grabs and if the game finds a winner the will definitely ‘Remember, remember the 5th of November with a far improved bank balance! All that is standing between you and the £10 million UK Lotto Superdraw jackpot are six numbers between 1 and 49. We haven’t seen a Superdraw from this lottery for quite some time; in fact the last was on 23rd September 2006.
UK Lotto Superdraws were quite popular when the National Lottery first launched back in November 1994 and the first ever Lotto Superdraw taking place on Saturday 7th January 1995. The jackpot for this big game was also £10 million however nobody matched all six numbers so it rolled to the following Saturday draw where it became £16,293,830 and was won by an amazing 133 players! All 133 winners must have been pretty devastated to learn that they only won £122,510 each. The numbers for the first Superdraw were 7, 17, 23, 32, 38, and 42 with the bonus ball number 48.
Players for the UK National Lottery have been seeing jackpots around the £10 million mark quite a bit recently, just under a month ago that five players shared a £14.6 million jackpot after a triple rollover.
