Are two winners one in the SuperEnalotto?

So the SuperEnalotto jackpot has been won at over €70 million but the news that two players had shared the jackpot came as a shock. Odds of winning the Italian Lottery are long and shared jackpots are almost unheard of, but now the news has filtered through that the two winners bought the lottery tickets at the same shop. The idea that two players playing the same lottery numbers would be buying lottery tickets in the same shop so are two winners one in the SuperEnalotto?
By this we mean, have the press simply got it wrong? Has one lottery player bought their lottery tickets, forgotten and then played their same numbers again? It seems far more likely that the same SuperEnalotto Italy player would hold both tickets than the idea that two players in the same shop are playing identical numbers.
It’s the second time the SuperEnalotto Italy jackpot has been won this year, something of a rush on jackpots for this notoriously difficult to win world lottery draw. However, this €70 million jackpot going to two lottery tickets sold in Naples is much smaller than the earlier one in 2010. Just a few weeks ago one lottery tickets scooped a €177 million on the SuperEnalotto and found their way into the record books too.
The SuperEnalotto jackpot will now be restarted at base, which means for tonight’s draw there is €10.4 million up for grabs. Who will be the next big SuperEnalotto winner?
