Time running out for UK Lottery winner

Often we bring you stories of unclaimed lottery prizes, but rarely is that outstanding prize a jackpot win. Today though, time is running out for a UK lottery winner who has a £3 million jackpot on the UK National Lottery to claim. The winning lottery ticket, sold for the 23rd September draw is worth £3.6 million and the winner now has just a month left to claim their prize.

Can you remember what you were doing on 23rd September 2009? Maybe you need to think about it, especially if you live in the constituency of Inverness. That’s where this winning lottery ticket was sold for the UK National Lottery draw on 23rd September, of which the jackpot is still unclaimed.

The winning numbers for the lottery draw were 23 – 25 – 28 – 41 – 46 – 47 and the bonus ball was 27. The winning ticket matched all six winning numbers in the draw but despite several calls by Camelot for the winner to come forward, no one has yet stepped forward to claim the prize.

The very last day this UK National Lottery prize can be claimed is 22nd March 2010 so if you buy lottery tickets in the Inverness area then it’s time to check all those places where you may have tossed an old lottery ticket.
