The Search for the Euromillions Jackpot Winner Continues

Euromillions WinnerIt’s more than 48 hours since the draw and the search for the Euromillions jackpot winner continues, as still no one has come forward to claim that £161 million record lottery prize. All we know for sure is that the winner is a single ticket holder (although that player could be part of a syndicate) and they are from the UK, so it’s time to recap on the Euromillions Lottery results to try and remind the Euromillions jackpot winner to check their tickets and claim!

The winning Tuesday Euromillions numbers were 17 – 19 – 38 – 42 – 45 and the lucky stars 9 and 10. For UK players there was also the Millionaire Raffle draw and the result for that was YFH800066. If you haven’t yet checked your Euromillions numbers and you live in the UK then it really is imperative that you do so now, as you might be the winner, and if you are, you are missing out on £10 interest per minute on your record Euromillions win!

The rumour mill is certainly working overtime, with a suggestion on BBC Radio 5 yesterday that the winner may be from the Leeds area. Trends on the social networking site, Twitter also suggest that the winner might be from the north but this of course is yet to be confirmed. Local press in Kent are suggesting the record Euromillions Lottery winner is from that area, so it seems we are just going to have to wait for some confirmation.

If the talk around the country is to be believed then we are likely to see a single lottery winner walk away with the prize, although we will be listening out for news of a winning syndicate, it is looking more and more likely that this is a single winner. And while many players are curious as to why this prize hasn’t yet been claimed, in lottery circles we know it’s quite common for winners of this magnitude to collect their thoughts and take advice before claiming their jackpot prize.
