Test for Lottery Player

Money Pot Is karma real? When we do a good thing for someone does it come back to us tenfold? Well one gentleman from Maine certainly thinks so. He plans to play the lottery after two good deeds this week and thinks karma will sway luck his way, so is this a test for the lottery player

The gentleman in question (and I use the word gentleman with sincerity) Gil Steward from Maine has found significant amounts of cash twice in a week and both times has handed it in and it has been reunited with its rightful owner.

The first incident happened when Mr Steward was shopping at The Home Depot in Auburn, he found a wallet stuffed with almost $1,000 in $100 bills and returned it to the service counter, the money was later reunited with its very grateful owner, who no doubt thought he would never see his cash again.

Then just two days later Mr Steward saw a money bag on the floor of the same store, again he handed the cash in and it was reunited with its rightful owner.

Just the fact that this gentleman found two lots of lost cash in the same store within two days is quite extraordinary, the fact that he is an honest person and handed it back both times is even more extraordinary in the world we live in.

Mr Steward’s wife thinks her husbands’ will is being tested and the man himself, believing in karma says he plans to play the lottery this weekend.

Maybe Mr Steward should play the Powerball Lottery tomorrow evening, as the draw held on 20th December 2008 will be a multi rollover and the jackpot is an estimated $57 million.

Whether we believe in karma or not I’m sure this gentleman’s actions have restored your faith in human nature, how nice to read a story of honesty in what sometimes seems like a world full of crime.
