SuperEnalotto goes to syndicate

Well it’s the news we’ve all been waiting for, the winner of the Italian Lottery’s €177 million jackpot! But it’s not one single lottery player, the SuperEnalotto goes to a syndicate, operating a lottery ‘system’. What is not known is whether that winning SuperEnalotto Italy syndicate is an Italian group of lottery players or an online world lottery syndicate. Hopefully news of the lottery syndicate will reach us soon but we do have some details about the winners for you.
We know that the ‘system’ or syndicate block of tickets for Saturday night’s SuperEnalotto draw were purchased in a quota of 70, and that each quota would have cost €24. That means the syndicate invested a total of €1680, what we don’t know is if each quota was held by an individual lottery player, or whether in fact some were shared or even players holding more than one quota.
If it turns out that the SuperEnalotto Italy winners are a 70-strong lottery syndicate then each syndicate member will be looking at a return of around €2.5 million each. Not a bad return on a €24 stake!
What we don’t know is where the winners are from, details may emerge soon about the SuperEnalotto Italy winners but Italian lottery players usually choose to remain anonymous so we may never know who they are.
For those world lottery players who have enjoyed playing for the big SuperEnalotto Italy jackpot, the pot has now been reset to €45 million and it’s still possibly to play online!
