Still no Euromillions Lottery claim

It’s now Thursday and tomorrow the Euromillions Lottery draw will take place, and yet there is still no Euromillions Lottery claim. That in itself isn’t necessarily news but the fact that this prize is worth £113 million is surely newsworthy. All we know is that the prize-winner comes from the UK and they are the biggest ever lottery winners to come from the UK. Apart from that, no one knows who is holding the winning ticket, or indeed why the winner hasn’t stepped forward since the lottery draw.
Since Saturday morning, the UK press have been going crazy trying to locate the winner but still no one has stepped forward to claim. It’s possible the Euromillions Lottery winner may be on holiday, and not even aware that they are one of the richest people in the UK. It’s also possible that the winner is just taking a little time to come to terms with the win, or possibly just waiting for the media furore to settle down.

Whatever the reason, it seems there is going to be even more waiting for the winner to come forward and even then we may never find out who the winner is. Should the latest record Euromillions winner decide to remain anonymous, we won’t know who they are. Until of course they are named in the Times Rich List where they should sit at position 589.
