The Powerball Jackpot has now crashed through the $200 million barrier. It’s the biggest Powerball rollover jackpot since April 6th 2011, when two co-workers from Indiana shared $221.7 million for matching all the winning numbers.
$220 million is a big jackpot, and ticket sales are likely to be high. Even if the player chooses the reduced cash value, this Powerball Lottery jackpot is still worth $118.8 million to any player who can match all five winning numbers and the Powerball in the Powerball Lottery draw this evening.
In other Powerball news, the winner of the 29th June Powerball draw still has not come forward. The jackpot was worth $77 million, and lottery officials have confirmed that the Powerball Lottery ticket was sold in the Georgia area, yet despite several media appeals, no one has come forward to claim the prize.
Powerball officials recommend you fill in the details at the back of your Powerball tickets, and sign them immediately, and then to check the Powerball Results as soon as is possible after the draw and keep your Powerball tickets in a safe place!
