All players need to do to start winning is match just the Powerball number and they will be put on to the prize winning ladder. As with any lottery – the more winning numbers you match the more money you can win!

Remember that the Powerball is slightly different to other lotteries. Unlike other lottery games the prizes – except for the jackpot – have a fixed value. Therefore you know exactly how much money have won if you manage to match some of the winning numbers. If you correctly match five numbers you will win $200,000, matching four numbers and the Powerball will win you $10,000 and you can win $100 if you match three numbers.

The last player to win the Powerball jackpot was in September when they took home the top prize of $25 million. In order to land yourself with this estimated jackpot prize tonight you have to be in it to win it and successfully match up the numbers on your ticket to the Powerball results.
