After the £50 million rollover Euromillions Lottery jackpot was shared between two players last week, everyone has been wondering just who the British winner was who walked away with £25 million share. Well now as the pensioner collects his Euromillions jackpot we can tell you it was one Brian Caswell, 73, a keen gardener and his wife Joan who are celebrating today.
When asked what he will be spending his winnings on it seems that even £25 million isn’t going to change him that much. He’s just swapping his allotment for a large house and stables, with plenty of room to grow his prize vegetables. His wife, has more womanly needs and says she is looking forward to being able to get her hair done and buy some new clothes.

Buying Euromillions lottery tickets had become a bit of a tradition after his mother-in-law starting him off buying one every week. She has sadly passed on recently but Mr Caswell continued to buy a ticket every week in her memory – never expecting to win a bit prize.
Mr Caswell wasn’t aware of his Euromillions Lottery win until he went into his local store and asked for the tickets. CCTV images shown in the Sun newspaper this week show him thumping the air upon realisation of his big lottery win.
£25 million makes this win the third biggest lottery jackpot ever won in the UK, making the Caswells a very lucky couple indeed, the other share of the jackpot was scooped by a player in Ireland although details of that lottery winner are not yet known.
The next Euromillions Lottery draw will be held on Friday evening with an estimated jackpot of £13 million.
