One player scoops the Euromillions

Excitement has been building as the Euromillions Lottery jackpot has been steadily rising and the estimated £40 million jackpot last night certainly made things reach fever pitch. With higher than expected ticket sales the jackpot climbed to £41.7 million and in the event just one player scoops the Euromillions Lottery jackpot, winning £41,706,216, an amount I’m sure you’ll agree is a unthinkable amount of cash.

No details have yet been released about the Euromillions Lottery winner but we do know they are not from the UK. The biggest UK Euromillions Lottery winner in last night’s draw was the Millionaire Raffle winner, creating a single UK Millionaire.

One UK Euromillions Lottery player also matched five of the main balls and one lucky star and they win £307,736.60. There were many more smaller division winners so do check those lottery tickets against these winning numbers:
