The weekend Irish Lottery draw is expected to have a jackpot of around €6 million after there was no winner in the mid-week Irish Lottery draw. Wednesdays Irish Lottery failed to produce a winning ticket, meaning the Irish Lottery draw this weekend will be a huge rollover.
The numbers for the Irish Lottery draw held Wednesday 17th September were 13, 19, 20, 26, 36 and 39 with a bonus number of 4. No tickets matched all the numbers drawn meaning no Winner in Mid-week Irish Lottery draw. The jackpot was €4.9 million, this amount will now roll over onto Saturday nights draw pushing it to an expected €6 million.
The Irish Lottery is Irelands National Lottery, draws take place twice weekly and to win the jackpot you must match all six main numbers drawn plus the bonus ball. It runs alongside the Europe-wide Euromillions lottery and tickets can be purchased online or at vendors across Ireland.
At €6 million, this rollover Irish Lottery draw still has a way to go to top the record prize won in the Irish Lottery. This was €18,963,441 and was won on June 28th 2008 by a syndicate of 16 workers at a quarry plant in Co Carlow. Rollovers in the Irish Lottery have been known to regularly top €10 million and if this one rolls over again at the weekend it could soon be heading towards that amount.
