No millionaires for Lotto Max

Lotto Max We at World Lottery cannot wait to know how the Maxmillions draw in the new Lotto Max Canada was going to work and it looks like we may find out sooner than we thought. That’s because as yet there have been no millionaires for Lotto Max, despite high ticket sales for the new draw. The jackpot is now up to $20 million after no one won the $15 million up for grabs in Fridays draw. Of course $50 million is the ceiling so once it hits that then the new Maxmillions draw kicks in.

The winning numbers for last Fridays Canada Lotto Max draw were 8 – 27 – 28 – 29 – 31 – 32 – 35. The bonus ball was 11. Lots of consecutive numbers may explain the lack of a jackpot winner. Although it’s worth remembering that getting seven correct out of 49 balls already puts you at a greater disadvantage than trying to get six out of 49.

Although the jackpot in the Lotto Max Canada wasn’t won, one player did match six of the main balls and the bonus ball to scoop almost a quarter of a million dollars.

The next draw is Friday evening and of course if no ticketholders match all the winning balls then we’ll be one week closer to a Maxmillions draw which promises fifty millionaires.

That’s right, once the lottery jackpot gets to $50 million, the OLG promise to hold a Maxmillions draw and it must be won, we’re not yet quite sure how the Maxmillions works but if rollovers keep happening as they have been we’ll soon be finding out.
