No Jackpot Winner in Powerball Lotto 3rd December

Yet again there was no jackpot winner in the Powerball Lotto from 3rd December pushing the jackpot up to an estimated $30 million. No one matched all six winning numbers in Wednesday draw meaning the Powerball jackpot rolls over yet again creating an even higher jackpot. The jackpot is reaching a staggering amount now and no doubt lottery fever will now start to take hold, creating a frenzy to purchase tickets for tomorrows draw.
Although no players scooped the jackpot on Wednesday, two very lucky players matched five numbers without the Powerball to win $200,000. That’s a very nice Christmas bonus by anybodies standards and no doubt they will be celebrating with a bumper Christmas. The players from Missouri and New Mexico matched the winning numbers 16, 17, 21, 25 and 55 but missed the Powerball number 3.
There were also lots of smaller division winners with almost 400,000 players collectively winning over $4 million in prize money in the draw held on Wednesday 3rd December. The next Powerball Lottery draw will be held on Saturday 6th December at 9.59pm Central US time and the jackpot will be an estimated $30 million.

$30 million would be a very nice win for someone but it’s not by far the highest Powerball win, the lottery regularly sees jackpots of over $100 million and has seen the jackpot hit almost $300 million in previous draws.
