New look website for the OLG

Last week saw the launch of a new look website for the OLG – the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation – who run many of the Canadian Lotteries including the Lotto 6/49 Canada. Gone is the orange and brown theme to be replaced with a light and airy white webpage featuring all sorts of news and information about all the Canadian Lottery draws.
It may well be that the changes to the lottery website were brought about deliberately to coincide with the Lotto Max Canada, a brand new lottery by the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation to replace the flagging Super 7 Lotto.
The new look website for the OLG is easier on the eyes and much thought has clearly been put into usability. It’s user friendly, easy to navigate, making it now, simpler than ever to find lottery results, jackpots details and information about good causes and various slots and casinos run by the OLG.
On the page for each individual lottery draw, including the new Canada Lotto Max and the Lotto 6/49 Canada there are details about the next available jackpot, the previous draws lottery numbers, how much tickets cost and how to play. Everything you need to know if you wish to play in any of the draws.
We at World Lottery think that the new look website for the OLG is much improved, very sleek and easy to use and would like to applaud the decision by the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation to make the changes.
