Mega Millions Lottery draw delay

With all the major winners from the weekend and so many lottery draws going off all around the world, the lottery news was still more than eventful. Like the Mega Millions Lottery draw delay which caused frustration and meant that the winning numbers were drawn one hour later than usual. It’s not known what held up the start of the draw it is something that is becoming a more frequent occurrence than before.
Adjudicators have checked that everything is on order for the Mega Millions Lottery draw after the delay, in accordance with Mega Millions Lottery rules for the draw held on February 5th 2010 and have ruled that the winning numbers stand.
The winning lottery numbers for the delayed Mega Millions Lottery draw held on Friday, 5th February were 10 – 20 – 45 – 51 – 53. Mega Ball 41. There was no jackpot winner in the delayed Mega Millions Lottery draw and that means that the jackpot rolls over to the next draw held on Tuesday 9th February.
Tuesday’s Mega Millions Lottery jackpot is worth $32 million as the lottery has rolled over for several draws since the $144 million rollover winner recently.

As for why the draw was delayed? Who knows? It does however seem to be a far more common occurrence in the US than here in our own UK National Lottery and Euromillions Lottery
