You would think from the title of this news piece that this lottery winners girlfriend was stuck on the loo because the excitement of winning was too much for her but it’s not the case at all. Kory McFarren’s girlfriend was found literally stuck to the toilet after spending more than a month sat on it. Pam Babcock had developed sores which had adhered themselves to the toilet seat meaning she could not get up.
Finally Mr McFarren called authorities expressing his concern that she hadn’t left the bathroom in two years and they found Ms Babcock stuck to the seat. She was removed from the home with the toilet seat still attached and it had to be surgically removed at the hospital. Subsequently Mr McFarren was charged with neglect and sentenced to six months probation.
Mr McFarren has recently cashed in his second Kansas state lottery win of some $20,000 after buying a $2 Bonus crossword ticket in a local store; this was his second win this year.
Surely this man should donate his winnings to the hospital that had to treat his girlfriend or at least be made to pay her some form of compensation for his neglect of her.
According to a news report about this lottery winners girlfriend stuck on the loo Ms Babcock suffered from agrophobia and refused to leave their home for fear of running into her family.
