Lottery Results for Saturday 27th September 2014

The final Saturday night of the month provided lottery fans with another range of opportunities to win some life-changing jackpots. The biggest prize on offer last night was worth $40 million, and that was in the Powerball game in the USA. In Europe, it was the SuperEnalotto game that had most to offer, with an advertised jackpot worth €29.3 million, but hefty sums were also available elsewhere, and a couple of jackpots were landed in great style. The lottery results for Saturday 27th September, 2014, were as follows…

UK Lotto

01 – 03 – 07 – 19 – 20 – 46 Bonus Ball: 15

Another 17 tickets won £15,345 each by matching five of the main numbers plus the Bonus Ball, and there were 394 tickets that matched five main numbers only to win £562 each. Irish Lottery

10 – 16 – 17 – 18 – 23 – 25 Bonus Ball: 19

Irish Lottery fans were playing for a jackpot worth €2,939,410 last night, and they will be playing for around €3,500,000 next time because no ticket was able to match all six main numbers. One ticket matched five main numbers and the Bonus Ball number to win €25,000 at the second tier, and another 44 tickets won €1,450 each by matching five main numbers only. The total number of prizes won at the lower levels exceeded 40,000, and the full breakdown of sums landed can be viewed by visiting the Results page at IrishLottery.com.

Health Lottery

13 – 27 – 30 – 40 – 43 Bonus Ball: 29

The latest Health Lottery game presented players with yet another opportunity to win £100,000 by matching all five main numbers, but none of the tickets entered for the game succeeded in doing that. It was therefore left to the consolation prize tiers to save the day, and they did so rather admirably, delivering sums of £10, £20, £50, £250 or £10,000 to more than 13,000 tickets.

SuperEnalotto

01 – 09 – 12 – 14 – 58 – 84 Jolly: 10 SuperStar: 07

We mentioned at the head of this article that last night’s SuperEnalotto game offered the biggest lottery jackpot in Europe, but unfortunately that didn’t help anyone to win it. The good news is that one ticket matched five of the main numbers plus the Jolly number to land a second tier prize worth €353,190, and the third tier delivered a prize of €22,074 to each of 12 tickets that matched five main numbers only. More than 55,000 prizes were won by standard entries, and over 56,000 prizes were landed by successful SuperStar entries. The jackpot in the next game on Tuesday 30th September will be worth an estimated €29.6 million.

Powerball

02 – 11 – 35 – 52 – 54 Powerball: 13

A Powerball jackpot win in the midweek game meant that there was a brand new top prize of $40 million up for grabs last night, but players weren't as lucky this time because nobody was able to match all five main numbers plus the Powerball. Three tickets gave their owners millionaire status by matching five main numbers and winning $1 million each, and at the third tier there were 19 tickets that won $10,000 each by matching four main numbers and the Powerball. Over 355,000 prizes were won by standard entries, and more than 82,000 Power Play entries also won prizes. The next game on Wednesday will offer an advertised jackpot of $50 million.

Australian Saturday Lotto

01 – 06 – 16 – 20 – 25 – 36 Supplementary Numbers: 24 and 33

Australian Saturday Lotto players were just six main numbers away from winning a jackpot worth AUD$4,333,521 in this week’s game, and we are pleased to confirm that 12 tickets were able to achieve that feat. That gave each of the winners an equal share worth AUD$361,126, and over 465,000 tickets won smaller prizes at the lower divisions. The biggest consolation prizes went to 42 tickets that matched five main numbers and one supplementary number to land AUD$14,009 each, and the next game on Saturday 4th October will offer another new jackpot worth around AUD$4 million.
