Lottery Results for Saturday 17th March 2012

Friday saw the Euromillions jackpot won by another UK ticket holder, the fifth consecutive jackpot win for the UK, but what have the lottery results for Saturday 17th March 2012 revealed? There were numerous draws that took place last night but were there winners or did the jackpots roll and continue to get bigger? UK Lotto Results

  •  1 – 3 – 16 – 20 – 37 – 40 Bonus Ball: 15 

The UK Lotto results for Saturday 17th March held a rollover jackpot of just over £7.1 million and one ticket took the whole lot! In total there were over 500,000 winners of which 476,983 took the lowest prize tier of £10 for matching just three numbers. Of the numbers that appeared in last night's draw 40 is one of the six most common drawn numbers making its 226th appearance in the draw. 16 on the other hand is one of the six least common drawn numbers coming out for just the 187th time.

Health Lottery Results

It was just the 24th draw for the Health Lottery last night but for any players who could match the five main balls there was a guaranteed jackpot offered of £100,000. Players who matched four main balls won £500 and for matching just three balls there was a £50 prize up for grabs. Of the numbers drawn 15 is one of the most common to come out in the Health Lottery results making its 6th appearance. 34 and 35 made it into the category of the most common drawn consecutive numbers but there haven't been that many drawn because the Health Lottery is still in its infancy.

Irish Lottery Results

The operators of the Irish Lottery added an extra €1 million to the prize pool for last night’s draw and the amount that was finally offered was an impressive €7,961,841. A jackpot of this amount has not been seen for the Irish Lottery since September 2011 when it continued to roll until it was finally won by the McIntyre family when it reached just over €11 million. The jackpot last night also continued to roll making the next estimated jackpot for the Irish Lottery an impressive €8.5 million.

Powerball Lottery Results

Whilst the Powerball jackpot last night wasn’t nearly as impressive as that of the other multi-state lottery in America, $60 million certainly wasn’t to be sniffed at. However noone managed to match the five main numbers and the Powerball to take home the jackpot so it rolls again taking the next jackpot to an estimated $70 million. Whilst the jackpot remained elusive there was one winner of the second prize tier of a cool $1 million; the winner is from Florida.

Superenalotto Results

  • 12 – 23 – 54 – 68 -84 – 89 Jolly: 86 Superstar: 76

Once again the jackpot for the Superenalotto remained elusive for players and has rolled yet again to an impressive €75.3 million for the next draw on Tuesday. The second prize tier also remained without a winner whilst 19 players managed to match five main balls to take a cash prize of €24,864. In total there were nearly 61,000 winners of which 59,355 won the lowest prize available in the Superenalotto game this week of €15.97

Saturday Australian Lotto Results

  • 4 – 10 – 21 – 30 – 41 – 42 Supplementary numbers: 27 and 34

The Saturday Australian Lotto results revealed just three winners of the jackpot who each took home AUD $1,425,615.42 each. It has been a while since we saw so few winners of the jackpot; November 2011 was the last time we saw just three winners share a jackpot – since then there have been at least four winners of each of the weekly Saturday Lotto draws. In total there were over 500,000 winners of which 322,952 took the lowest prize tier of AUD $12.70 for matching one or two main balls and the two supplementary numbers.
