Lottario jackpot for Barrie man

Lottery Numbers The Lottario draw in Canada on 24th October 2009 netted one lucky chap a tidy sum of $250,000 but the winner was oblivious to his win until recently saying that had he known he had a winner he would have stepped forward and claimed the very next day. The Lottario jackpot for this Barrie man came after he managed to match 6/6 of the numbers he chose for the Lottario draw.

His winning numbers were 02 06 10 21 31 39 and these lucky numbers mean that Wieslaw Kaldunski of Barrie will be taking $250,000 to the bank.

Lottario of part of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Commission (OLG) and a draw takes place each and every Saturday. Lottery tickets for these draws are $1 each and players are required to choose 6 numbers between 1 and 45 to enter this world lottery. The big jackpot for Lottario will always be at least $250,000 and the total prize pool is worked out by dividing the total numbers of tickets sold by two and deducting $50,000 that is allocated to the Early Prize.

The jackpot prize pool is then divided amongst the  Lottario players who have matched 6/6, 5/6 + bonus, 5/6 and 4/6. All players who manage to match 3/6 number on Lottario will win $5.

The free game that players get when playing Lottario is called the Early Bird and this has a jackpot of $50,000 for players who have bought tickets before midnight on Friday. If players match all four Early Bird numbers then they take am equal share of the $50,000 prize.
