Kansas Lottery win for Wichita man

World LotteryIt took nearly three weeks for one lucky world lottery winner to realise that he has scooped a massive $1.2 million win on the Super Kansas Cash draw. The Kansas Lottery win for this Wichita man only came to light when he decided to check a bundle of Powerball and Super Kansas Cash tickets that he found in his wife’s glove box. The Kansas Lottery draw for Super Kansas Cash took place on 14th November but it was only claimed the winnings a couple of days ago.

Talking about the realisation that he had a winning lottery ticket, the Wichita man said simply that he thought he would have a heart attack when he actually realised he had a winner. This lucky winner is a father of three and will be taking an impressive $856,585 to the bank after he has paid state and federal taxes on his $1.2 million win.

Super Kansas Cash is the enhanced version of the original game from the Kansas Lottery, Kansas Cash, and the first draw took place on 17th February 2002. There are three draws a week, on a Monday, Wednesday and Saturday and these usually take place at 9.10pm as part of the Kansas Lottery.

The biggest jackpot currently to be won on the Super Kansas Cash draw was back in December 2006 and the winner, Tammy Shuler, netted a massive $3.14 million win. After taxes this lucky lady banked a total of $2.2 million.

This is just another to add to the world lottery list of impressive jackpots on offer from around the world.
