A massive $35.3 million was scooped by one single winner, a hot rod fanatic won the 6/49 jackpot in Canada one of the biggest jackpots Canada’s 6/49 has ever seen. The 28 year old winner is part owner of a custom hot rod shop in Cambridge and couldn’t be more pleased about his staggering win.
Joseph Rinaldi checks his Lotto 6/49 numbers online and when he got to work on Thursday morning, checked his tickets online as usual to find he had won the massive jackpot. The gentleman couldn’t believe his good fortune and got his family to check his tickets too, confirming his massive lotto 6/49 win.
Mr Rinaldi has only been playing the winning numbers for the last month, changing his usual numbers after not getting any luck with them. The lucky store where he purchased his ticket was the Shoppers Drug Mart in Guelph.
The hot rod fanatic who won the 6/49 jackpot is already planning how to spend his lottery win with a black Corvette in the pipeline. He has also made plans to buy a house in the area of Whitby, his hometown and plans to share the prize with his parents and two sisters. To celebrate the win the family will be travelling to Las Vegas next week on a family vacation, let’s hope he doesn’t get too carried away on the roulette table as it could see his win rapidly depleted.
Mr Rinaldi is one of the biggest winners in the history of Canada’s Lotto 6/49 with this $35.3 million win, the biggest winner in the history of the draw was won on October 26th 2005 when one player took home a staggering $54 million Lotto win.
