It’s always nice to be asked what you think and from today that will become a possibility in regards to allocation of the National Lottery good causes fund as you are invited to have your say on the Big Lottery Fund. It's a fantastic initiative that will give players a chance to say where they would like to see National Lottery money go and it's easy to take part.
The Big Lottery Fund is the largest distributor of National Lottery good causes funds and has donated over £2.7 billion to good causes since its conception. Providing money for groups, communities, sports and projects to help education and the environment the charitable arm of the National Lottery works tirelessly to allocate funds to the right areas of our communities at all times. Anyone can apply for cash from the Big Lottery Fund, details are available on the website.

From today National Lottery players are to be given a say in the allocation of these funds to good causes. The Big Lottery fund is calling on players to suggest how an estimated £2 billion from National Lottery ticket sales should be spent within UK communities within the next six years.
You can make suggestions on the Big Lottery Fund website under the Big Thinking public consultation so if there are any organisations you feel would be worthy of cash from the Big Lottery Fund here’s your chance to have your say.
The UK National Lottery plays twice weekly every Wednesday and Saturday evening, tickets are £1 each, a staggering 28p in every £1 goes to the good causes fund enabling these huge amounts of money to be put back into the community through the Big Lottery Fund.
