Gypsy Predicted Lottery Win
29th September 2008 1:19 PM
A County Durham couple have won £4.4 million on Saturdays National Lottery draw after a gypsy predicted a lottery win. Gary and Anne Henry run a mobile snack bar in County Durham near Bishop Auckland and were the sole winners in Saturdays National Lottery Draw.
The couple have run the mobile snack bar, called ‘Gary’s burger bar’ since Mr Henry lost his job 11 years ago, Mr Henry is also a Liberal Democrat councillor on Wear Valley District Council.
Recently a customer to the burger bar, described my Mr Henry as a Gypsy predicted a Lottery win for the gentleman, when told by the gypsy he was going to have a lottery win Mr Henry asked how much, the gypsy replied that she could see a four but couldn’t see how many zeros, her prediction was that Mr Henry would win £4,000.
Well the win far exceeds £4,000 with the Henrys taking home a staggering £4.4 million, so there was certainly a four there just a lot more zeros than predicted.
The couple are planning to use some of their winning to build a new home for themselves and are clearly very happy about their good fortune. I might add that if any soothsayers would like to come and predict a nice win for me they are more than welcome!
The UK National Lottery holds draws twice weekly, every Wednesday and Saturday night, the next draw will be this Wednesday 1st October and the jackpot is an estimated £2.5 million.
