Friday night lottery draws cause a stir

It’s the weekend again and the Friday night lottery draws caused a stir last night, right around the world. The Euromillions Lottery jackpot was won for the fourth week running, with one lucky player walking away with almost €15 million. Canadian Lottery players weren’t so lucky, with the Lotto Max Canada rolling again, in fact it was just the Mega Millions Lottery that didn’t cause a stir with that jackpot rolling over for Tuesday night.
After weeks of winners on the Euromillions Lottery, it was likely that this lottery, that usually encourages rollovers, would roll. This wasn’t the case however as one lucky winner walked away with the base jackpot. It’s the Lotto Max Canada that really caught our eye last night though.
The Lotto Max Canada jackpot had climbed to $55 million and that meant one main $50 jackpot draw and five Maxmillions draws, six chances for Canadian Lottery players to become a millionaire. Yet despite sky high ticket sales, the $50 million wasn’t won and of the Maxmillions draws just one was won. That means that next Friday there is the $50 million Lotto Max Canada jackpot to play for and a massive twenty extra Maxmillions draws, giving Canadian lottery players twenty-one chances to become a millionaire next week.
In fact, of all the World Lottery jackpots it was just the Mega Millions that did exactly what was expected, a rollover here pushed Tuesdays jackpot up to an estimated $26 million.
It was certainly an exciting night for world lottery players, and that’s just Friday, good luck all those playing in the Saturday night lottery draws tonight.
