First MaxMillions for Lotto Max

Lotto Max After weeks of speculation and wondering what it’s all about this Friday is the first Maxmillion for Lotto Max Canada. The jackpot has been growing on this brand new lottery draw since it was brought in to replace the Super 7 Canadian Lottery a few weeks ago and it has just topped $50 million for the first time ever. An estimated $60 million jackpot means as many as ten Maxmillions draws next Friday which should create ten millionaires.

According to information from the OLG website – the company who run the Lotto Max Canada – Friday’s jackpot will be $50 million plus an estimated ten $1 million Maxmillions draws. This at $60 million being the biggest jackpot ever offered in Canada’s history, ticket sales could well be high for the draw, pushing the jackpot even higher.

The brand new Lotto Max Canada has a jackpot which is capped at $50 million, if the jackpot goes over that amount then for every whole million that it is over $50 million the Lotto Max will hold an extra draw called the MaxMillions. As you may expect the prize for the Maxmillions is $1 million and there are to be an estimated ten of these on Friday night. If no one matches all seven numbers for the Maxmillions draw then the amount will be rolled down to the second division winners.

It’s no wonder everyone is talking about the Lotto Max Canada and don’t worry as we’ll be covering the Maxmillions draw over the weekend in our world lottery news pages, bringing you the details of what happened and just how many Canadian millionaires were created on Friday evening.
