The winners have now been announced of the £91 million Euromillions jackpot along with details of the tickets and circumstances of the winners. As predicted one half of the £91 million went to a lottery syndicate working in a BT call centre in Liverpool, the other won by a single ticketholder making them the biggest ever UK lottery winners. It has also been released that the Euromillions winner bought a lucky dip after leaving his usual numbers at home on his trip to Tesco’s to buy lottery tickets.
It was almost expected that at least one half of the massive jackpot would be won by a syndicate as so many lottery players club together when jackpots get so high and buy extra tickets but as for the other half of the jackpot, well that is an exciting event as it was won by a single ticket holder who bought a lucky dip Euromillions Lottery ticket.

To give some idea of just how much money this single Euromillions Lottery ticket is worth, it will make the winner as rich as celebrities such as Chef, Jamie Oliver and DJ, Chris Evans. The winners have been immediately propelled to a place in the Times Rich list, the only UK lottery winners ever to do so.
But did fate play a part? Who knows but what we do know is that the winner was made redundant a few months ago and survived cancer a few years ago. What we also know is that the Euromillions winner bought a lucky dip ticket for the Euromillions Lottery, had he remembered his card with his numbers on he never would have become the UK’s biggest lottery winner.
