As it turned out, no players matched all five main numbers and both Lucky Stars so the jackpot has increased to £20 million (€24 million) for Friday’s draw.
Four ticket holders, two of whom purchased their tickets in the UK, came close to winning the jackpot when they matched all five main numbers and one Lucky Star to win £181,079 (€253,982) each.
Following this, four ticket holders matched all five main numbers to win £60,359 (€84,660) each and 31 players matched four main numbers and both Lucky Stars to take home prizes of £3,894 (€5,461) each. Other prizes won last night started at £3 (€4.30) for matching just two main numbers and went up to £158 (€222) for matching four main numbers and one Lucky Star.

Other Lottery Results
One ticket holder from Florida and another from Maryland both matched all five main numbers and the Mega Ball in last night’s US Mega Millions draw to share the huge US$400 million jackpot. This is only the second time this year that the Mega Millions jackpot has been won and lottery officials from either state have yet to confirm the stores in which the winning tickets were purchased.
