EuroMillions Results for Friday 9th May 2014

A EuroMillions jackpot worth £20.2 million (€24.7 million) was waiting for any player who could match all seven of the numbers drawn last night, but no ticket succeeded in doing that. The jackpot therefore rolled over for the second draw in a row, and the next game on Tuesday 13th May will offer a top prize worth an estimated £25 million (€31 million). In the meantime, there were plenty of smaller prize winners with cause to celebrate, with 2,409,470 entries landing a consolation of some kind. The EuroMillions results for Friday 9th May, 2014, were as follows…

EuroMillions Results for Friday 9th May 2014

EuroMillions Plus: (17) (29) (32) (42) (50)

Joker: 3 428 576

A single EuroMillions ticket matched all five main numbers plus one of the Lucky Stars to win a life-changing second tier prize worth £1,068,992 (€1,460,503). The winning ticket there was sold in the United Kingdom, as were four of seven tickets that matched five main numbers only to secure a third tier prize worth £50,904 each (€69,547) each.  Another 48 tickets won £3,711 (€5,071) each by matching four main numbers and both Lucky Stars, and all of the other winning tickets won smaller prizes by matching fewer numbers. For complete details of the prize amounts won for every successful combination of numbers, visit the EuroMillions Results page at Euro-Millions.com.

The EuroMillions Plus results in Ireland didn’t help any participant to win a top prize, so fans of the game will need to wait until the next draw on Tuesday to have another go at landing the €500,000 on offer. There were 47 tickets that matched four numbers to win €2,000 each, and 1,970 tickets won €20 each by matching three numbers.

EuroJackpot players last night were pursuing a jackpot with an estimated value of €23 million. The main numbers drawn were 01, 11, 14, 22 and 43, and the Euro numbers were 03 and 04, but none of the tickets entered for the game managed to match all of those numbers, so the next game will offer an even bigger jackpot of around €28 million. There were no second tier prize winners last night, but one ticket matched five main numbers only to win a third tier prize worth €133,907, and more than 501,000 other tickets won smaller prizes.
