Now on our thinking, that Euromillions jackpot estimate from officials is conservative to say the least. Last night the rollover jackpot reached £82 million, climbing £14 million from the previous draw. If ticket sales reach that level, then we could be looking at a Euromillions Lottery jackpot worth almost £100 million!

We have been wondering in the World Lottery offices if the addition of the new lucky stars might mean we won’t have too long to wait until a new record jackpot. Well, Tuesday’s Euromillions is certainly heading that way and now lottery players are starting to wonder just when we will see a winner. Not that there were too many disappointed players after last night’s draw. In all, 4.2 million lottery players from across the nine Euromillions countries walked away with a prize, ranging from £157,221 for matching five main balls and a lucky star, down to £2.60 for matching just two main balls.
In the UK alone, almost £5 million was paid out in prize money on the main Euromillions draw, so even if that jackpot keeps rolling, with thirteen prize tiers, there’s always a great reason to play the Euromillions Lottery!
