Disappointment for Euromillions Hopefuls
24/10/2009 13:59:44
Last night proved a disappointment for Euromillions hopefuls as the £54 million jackpot rolled over for the fourth time. There were many smaller winners for the draw but no jackpot winners which means that next week’s draw will be a four times rollover and worth around £71 million. If it continues this way then we could well be seeing a £100 million Superdraw before Christmas as the Euromillions Lottery jackpot climbs each week.
The estimated jackpot for last night’s Euromillions Lottery draw was £54 million but despite a rush of ticket sales pushing it up to £55.8 million there was disappointment for Euromillions hopefuls as no tickets matched all five winning numbers and the two lucky stars.

That of course means that next weekend’s Euromillions Lottery jackpot will be worth an estimated £71 million.
The numbers in last night’s Euromillions Lottery draw were 6 – 18 – 20 -29 – 31. Lucky stars 2 and 8. It’s well worth paying attention to the winning numbers as although there was no jackpot winner in the draw there were plenty of smaller winners.
Nine players matched all five numbers and one lucky star to win over a quarter of a million pounds, two of these players were from the UK. Another fifteen players won £47,000 for matching the five main balls without the lucky stars and four of those were from the UK. There was over £4 million paid out in prize money, just to UK players making it a lucky evening, despite the jackpot rolling over.
You can buy tickets for Fridays Euromillions Lottery draw online by clicking the link above, be sure to buy before the draw as with £71 million on offer you won’t want to miss out on this lottery jackpot.
