The winner of one of the biggest wins in world lottery history has come forward and as a cowboy wins massive Powerball Lottery Jackpot of $232 million we’re guessing his money troubles are now over. And money troubles he had after piling up tax debts and having their mobile home repossessed we’re guessing that this win really couldn’t have come at a better time.
Neal Wanless is just 23 but has already had his fair share of money troubles. The rancher from South Dakota hopes to now live a better life and also help those in need after winning one of the biggest ever lottery jackpots.
The Cowboy also pledged to continue working and even spent the week after his massive win baling hay. The win, equivalent to £145 in UK terms is the second biggest win to a single player in lottery history and one of the biggest ever paid out in the Powerball Lottery.
Mr Wanless bought the ticket in the nearby town of Winner and he’s certainly a winner now after choosing the lump sum option on the Powerball Lottery win and walking away with a cash amount of $88.5 million after taxes.
He lives on his family’s 320-acre ranch but stated in the press conference that he now intends to buy a larger plot of land. He has however stated that he will use the money wisely and after thanking God for his lottery win, promised not to squander it.
