Casino Royale scratchcard a $2 million winner

When you pop into your local store or shop and buy yourself a scratchcard from any world lottery organisation you always hope that you are going to at least recoup your initial outlay but dream of being a big winner. A Casino Royale scratchcard was a $2 million winner for one lucky player in Blufton, making him one of just two players able to win this life changing amount of money on the Hoosier Lottery.

The massive win for this world lottery player couldn’t have come at a better time as he was recently made redundant from his job at TI Automotive in June of this year. A big lottery win, be it on scratchcards or on an actual lottery draw, can never come at a bad time but for this lucky gent, the win has definitely eased all of his financial concerns!

The winner, Mick Brickley, plans on spending his winnings wisely in the first instance buy buying a house, other than that he is still in shock about his Casino Royale scratchcard win and has no idea what he may spend the rest of the money on.

Mr Brickley chose to take his winnings from the Hoosier Lottery scratchcard in annual payments and received the first of these on Monday. The whole balance will be paid out in full over the next 30 years and by not taking a cash settlement Brickley will bank more in total over the coming years that if he had chosen differently.
