Busy Year for Euromillions winner

Euromillions When 74 year old Brian Caswell won the Euromillions Lottery earlier this year, he knew at his age he didn’t have time to ponder for too long on what to spend the money on. That’s why it’s been a busy year for the Euromillions winner and after breaking the original news story about his win we thought we’d take a look at what he’s been up to over the last few months.

Brian Caswell scooped £25 million on the Euromillions Lottery in June this year, making him one of the biggest ever UK lottery winners. From Bolton, this keen gardener was adamant that this cash wouldn’t change his way of life but this week he’s abandoned his allotment for a £1.25 million home.

Keen to stay in the Bolton area, the new home is just three miles from the terraced house which he brought up his family in, he has also bought homes nearby for his two daughters and is breathing a sigh of relief to see the financial security he has bestowed upon his family.

His thoughts don’t end with family though, that’s why at an event to celebrate fifteen years of the UK National Lottery last weekend, Mr Caswell announced that he is setting up a local charity to benefit the residents of Bolton.

Mr Caswell is keeping the details a secret until the charity has been finalised but there is no doubt that it will benefit the residents of Bolton long after he has gone. It certainly has been a busy year for the Euromillions winner and now hopefully Mr Caswell and his wife can settle down in their new home and enjoy their god fortune.
