Another Rollover for Mega Millions

None of the tickets sold for last nights multi state Mega Millions draw matched all five numbers and the Mega Ball. The jackpot has not been won for several weeks and was a massive $81 million and the jackpot has already grown to $95 million as we see another rollover for Mega Millions.
The winning numbers for Tuesdays Mega Millions draw were 9, 18, 19, 26 and 40 the Mega Ball number was 38. Although no tickets matched all five numbers and the Mega Ball there were six second prize winners matching all five numbers without the Mega Ball and they all take home $250,000 each. Another 51 tickets matched four main numbers plus the Mega Ball to win $10,000.
The next draw will be on Friday 22nd August 2008 and no doubt Lottery fever will strike and the jackpot will be huge, it’s already at $95 million after another rollover for Mega Millions and surely we are to see a jackpot over $100,000 as people scramble to buy extra tickets in this multi state lottery.
Mega Millions is a multi state lottery launched in 1996. To participate players must choose five main balls and one Mega Ball on tickets costing $1 each, to win the jackpot you must match all five main balls plus the Mega ball to the balls drawn on the lottery draws held Tuesdays and Fridays weekly. The biggest every Mega Millions jackpot was $390 million and one has to wonder just how high this rollover jackpot will go before it is won.
